Antonia Lofaso

Chef Antonia Lofaso's cuisine is an invitation to explore deeper into the depths of her inner world. Her interest in food after moving from the suburbs of Long Island to the diverse culture of Los Angeles. Cavatelli and Carnitas are able to coexist in harmony with the food menu. This is a belief which has evolved through the years. The only thing that remains is her unique idea of the future and looking back to the past. Motivated by her American-born Italian heritage, Lofaso launched Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 and was instantly well-received. Lofaso's traditional Italian version is regarded as one among Los Angeles' most captivating dining establishments. Lofaso has been described by many as a local favorite who consistently delivers food that's authentic, delicious and welcoming. Lofaso trained under some of the best chefs in the world and mastered their methods but she never unwilling to follow her intuitions. She quickly climbed the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago and went on to revamp several high-profile kitchens in Los Angeles while working closely with a variety of famous celebrities. Lofaso launched Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. With Black Market and the business alliances she created, Lofaso was able to find her home. Lofaso had the chance to enjoy the creative freedom she longed for. Black Market does not have one direction which is the reason why it was created. The course will begin with dill-flavored potato chips Shishito peppers and follow up with Korean Wings. Antonia, the chef who created this delicious menu full of vibrant flavors, anchors everything. Lofaso measured her professional success by her capacity to understand and remain authentic to her audiences. The memorable appearances on Top Chef Chicago & Top Chef: All Stars showed her unique personality in the cooking area. Her talents are evident in her recurring roles as a judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup judge and on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso has teamed up with Penguin to release The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 recipes for Fast Delicious Home Cooked Meals in 2012. This cookbook also tells about the struggles she faced when raising Xea as well as her studies at her school, the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso says that the inspiration behind all of her success is derived from her kitchen. This is how she maintains a constant pulse of the latest happenings. Through the Chefletics brand, she is revolutionizing the aesthetics of the industry, by creating clothing for chefs that is stylish and also serves a function. The main goal of Lofaso is staying in line with her mission. With this in mind she has launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. This gives customers an extremely personal experience.
