Anamaria Marina is a Romanian actress. She debuted on the big screen on Sex Traffic by Channel 4, for which she was awarded the British Academy Television Award was awarded to the best actress. The actress speaks French, German, English and Romanian fluently. Her father is the theatre professor at one of the best Romanian acting schools. In 2007, she was in on the Romanian film 4 luni 3 weeks si2 zile (4 Three Weeks, Four Months 4 Months 3 Weeks and 2 days) 4 months 3 weeks 2 days, directed by Cristian Mungiu. The film won two prizes at the Cannes Film Festival (the Cinema Prize for the French National Education System & the FIPRESCI Prize). Youth Without Youth by Francis Ford Coppola was a different film that she was in. In 2008, Marinca played Yasim in BBC's Five-Episode The Last Enemy. Marinca was a guest on her own Romanian drama Boogie as well as Oliver Hirschbiegels Five Minutes of Heaven. She played Irma on Fury 2014, where she portrayed the role of a German name aunt of Emma.
